Our technical support team offer sound advice and will talk you, our customer, through all areas of set-up, installation, troubleshooting and every other step on the way. Our technical team is a large, strong team with a high interest in what they are instructing and will always pay a lot of attention to customer service and support. Not only do you get all this with buying our products but it is all free, so when you need that help there will be no extra costs.
Routine Maintenance & Safety Inspections
As an absolute minimum, all automatic entry systems should be serviced yearly although we would always recommend two services a year. This is especially important for any premises open to the public. Whether you are a commercial or residential client you have an obligation to ensure your automatic entry system/s are regularly tested and is safe to use. On the plus side, regular servicing can prolong the life of your equipment and can prevent costly repairs.
We can offer two Maintenance Plus options that include inclusive unlimited call outs. If you’d rather to pay for each service and call out separately then we also have a pay-as-you-go option.
